Walked in because of tooth pain. Needed a root canal and they were able to see me right away. The dr explained the whole process and was very informative. She took great care to make it as painless as possible and I now have my first fake tooth which looks and feels great. One of the dental assistants gave me the most painless and easy teeth cleaning ive ever had. My American dentists would always carelessly force picks and flosses into my gums, she did a great and careful job. However, the dentist (Dr.Kim) himself called me back in as I was walking away. He said he can squeeze me in but only for 30mins cleaning. He also mentioned that if I needed other procedures, then I’d have to book it on a diff day. HIGHLY APPRECIATED THIS GESTURE cause I rarely have free time to do these things.Second Visit went well. I needed a filling for a cavity. A lovely staff helped me to get settled in (I didn’t get the chance to ask for her name) Another doctor(I’m sorry I forgot his name) did my anaesthesia. He was really caring and made sure I was comfortable and have no pain. Later on, Dr. Kim came along. He explained the procedure to me all throughout and made sure to ask me if I was feeling okay.
